The CHOA Leads session includes a facilitated panel discussion about the future of oil pipelines in Canada, the upstream investment required to fill them, the diverse routes and markets (Asia/US/LNG), and associated roadblocks in the Canadian landscape.

PANELISTS

  • Brody Elliott is the President of Wolf Pipeline, where he leads the strategic direction, operational excellence, and long‑term growth of Wolf Midstream’ s Pipeline Transportation business. Known for his decisive leadership and commitment to safety, Brody oversees major pipeline development initiatives, stakeholder relations, and the advancement of innovative operational practices.

    With a 20-year career in energy operations and project execution, Brody has built a strong reputation for driving performance, optimizing complex systems, and fostering results-driven teams. His leadership is guided by a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach and a deep understanding of the regulatory, technical, and commercial dynamics shaping the pipeline industry today.

    Brody is based in Calgary, Alberta, and is recognized for his collaborative style, strategic clarity, and dedication to building resilient, future‑ready infrastructure.

  • Erin Rolstad is Vice President, Regulatory & Mainline Commercial Strategy at Enbridge, North America’s premier energy infrastructure company, where she leads commercial and regulatory strategy for the Mainline.

    With 15+ years across upstream, midstream and refined‑products markets in Canada and the U.S., she helped negotiate a landmark Mainline tolling settlement and chairs the Representative Stakeholder Group, aligning producers, refiners, marketers, and governments on durable outcomes. A business‑minded attorney, Erin holds a J.D. (SMU Dedman), M.Ed. (Milligan), and B.A. (Lakehead).

  • Corey J. Goulet, P.Eng., is Chief Regulatory Officer at Trans Mountain and a senior energy infrastructure leader with over four decades of experience of building, maintaining, and operating pipeline and power assets. Currently, as a member of the Trans Mountain executive team, he leads the company’s regulatory organization and Tolling Rate Case strategy – work that directly shapes market access, competitiveness, and long-term value for Canadian producers. Previously, as Chief Project Execution Officer, Corey was accountable for the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of the $34 billion Trans Mountain Expansion Project, achieving mechanical completion in April 2024 and in-service in May 2024, including 988 km of new pipeline, 129 km of reactivated pipeline, terminal expansions in Edmonton and Burnaby, 12 pump stations, and expanded marine facilities. Corey has held several executive leadership roles at Kiewit Corporation, Steelhead LNG, Kingston Midstream and TC Energy. His broader track record includes developing and executing $100 billion of large pipeline and power generation projects across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico as well as integrity and operations department leadership rolls. Corey brings a practical perspective on how major infrastructure enables reliable, responsible generation and transportation of energy to domestic and global markets. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta and executive education from Ivey and MIT.

  • As Chief Commercial Officer, Connie leads the business development, marketing, rail & risk management, land, stakeholder relations and sustainability units in building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships both internally and externally.

    With more than 25 years of industry experience, she previously served as Vice-President, Business Development and Land at Strath and Vice President, Land at Mosaic Energy Ltd. Connie started her career with 12 years at Petro-Canada Oil and Gas, holding various positions including Negotiating Landman, Joint Venture Representative and Team Leader.

    Connie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Petroleum Land Management from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business and has completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Explorers and Producers Association of Canada and the Petroleum Acquisition and Divestiture Association.

FACILITATOR

  • Tracy Bellingham joined GLJ in 2004 and has more than twenty years of experience in the energy industry. She has an extensive expertise in reserves and resource appraisals, as well as economic evaluations that support corporate governance, regulatory filings, disclosures, financing, and asset transactions in the oil and gas sector. Tracy has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams, managed complex projects, and served as a key liaison with GLJ’s clients, ensuring the highest standards of technical and strategic execution.
