CHOA is delighted to organize the 2026 Fore!CHOA Golf Invitational. This sold-out tournament celebrates the many relationships that support our industry and the great successes we’ve achieved together.

CONNECT. Showcase your brand and build connections with over 150 heavy oil industry leaders – producers, service providers, manufacturers, and technology innovators.

PLAY. Enjoy an extraordinary and unique golf experience at Bearspaw Golf Club, one of the top private golf courses in Western Canada. The tournament features delicious treats, live music, engaging games, prizes, and surprises designed to create delight and build client relationships throughout the day.

CELEBRATE. Leave all details in the care of our team of volunteers so you can enjoy and celebrate the day with your guests. Our Concierge Service includes registration support, hole sponsorship, tent set-up, and tear-down services.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS

Tournament sponsors have priority when registering a foursome. Contact us for available tournament packages and/or to be added to the waiting list.
7:30 – 8:30 AM              Registration and breakfast (practice facilities open)
8:30 – 9:00 AM              Tournament Opening Ceremony (players at their assigned carts)
9:00 AM             Shotgun Tournament Start
2:30 – 3:30 PM             Post Game Lunch Social
·        Enjoy the pancake breakfast sponsored by Stream-Flo Industries (at the Clubhouse).
·        All players must be in their designated carts at 8:30 AM for the Opening Ceremony and announcements.
·        We tee off promptly at 9:00 AM.
·        CAPPED STROKE TOURNAMENT PLAY. Every player will play their own ball.
·        Power Cart Rule is Cart Path Only on ALL PAR 3 Holes. Cart Path only Hole 1 and 4.
·        YOU MUST PRINT YOUR NAME ON THE Proxy Marker BY THE GREEN TO BE ENTERED INTO DRAW PRIZES.
·        Hand in all scorecards signed and totalled to the Pro Shop immediately after your round.
·        Your registration includes 2 mulligans per player, one drink ticket for the half-way house, and access to the post-game buffet lunch.
