Professional Membership

$150/yr

CHOA provides all of its members with outstanding opportunities to CONNECT.  SHARE.  LEARN.  LEAD.

All memberships are for 1 year from the joining date. For example, if you join on February 14 of this year, your membership will be due for renewal on Feb 13 of next year.

Transition Membership

$75/yr

CHOA offers discounted memberships to members who self-declare as currently underemployed or unemployed and wish to continue to receive all of the benefits of CHOA membership through their transition period back to full membership.

Student Membership

$25/yr

CHOA offers student memberships to members who are self-declare as a full-time or part-time student and wish to receive all of the benefits of CHOA membership while a student.
