Shauna Holmes is an accomplished business development and marketing leader with a proven track record across the energy, industrial, maintenance, and construction sectors. She currently serves as Director of Business Development and Marketing at ILF Canada, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, strengthens client partnerships, and drives market expansion through a relationship-focused approach. Known for her strategic mindset, relationship-driven leadership style, and unwavering commitment to delivering results that exceed expectations, Shauna has successfully represented organizations across multiple industries throughout her career.

Shauna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from Mount Royal University. Prior to joining ILF Canada, she served as Senior Director of Business Development at WillScot, a leading North American provider of modular office trailers and storage solutions. In that role, she was instrumental in driving growth within the energy and industrial sectors while building long-standing partnerships grounded in trust and exceptional service.

A strong advocate for empowering women, Shauna has served as President of Canadian Women in Energy for the past three years, a dynamic professional organization, leading its expansion to include a chapter in Edmonton and strengthening engagement with students and universities. In addition to her leadership role, she has been a key contributor to Canadian Women in Energy for over a decade, serving five years as Director of Membership and four years as Director of Technical Education.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Shauna enjoys hiking in Kananaskis with her dog, Peach, participating in bootcamp fitness classes with friends, and preparing healthy meals. Deeply committed to her community, she also dedicates her time to organizing golf tournaments, conferences, and events that raise funds for local charities.
